Living in Communion with the Earth

         Welcome to this new venture for 2012       

A nine month journey from easter to winter solstice

LIVING IN COMMUNION WITH THE EARTH AND ALL LIFE

A program for living on the Earth to assist and reconnect us to the Earth and her cycles. 

At this time of critical change it is crucial to all life on the earth that we humans reconnect to a much deeper and greater intelligence within us and around us. It is from this source that we may allow creative solutions to arise to the problems we face individually and collectively as a result of our separation from Nature and our deeper Knowing..
Where do our decisions come from? How can we truly know that our responses are in balance with Nature? What did the ancients know of the songlines and rhythms of the land and the cycles of time?

Through the rhythmic cycle of meeting at regular intervals over nine months during this extraordinary time of fast transition, we will re-imagine our lives and create new pathways for moving from the state of disconnection to a life through which a greater sense of relationship to all beings is possible.

We will focus on the 3 levels of alignment and connectedness:

-Our grounding, anchor and home on the Earth,

-Our place within soul-family and interconnectedness within the family of life,

-Our alignment to our own core values, our entelechy or higher self as well as cosmic origin.

I invite us to form pods that allow all of us to come into greater alignment with our own truth and potential as we move together through this shift.


·  Create a pathway from living in a world of separation and disconnection to a world of connectedness and balanced or ‘right’ relationship

.·  Create a personal vision and action steps and develop skills and practices to reconnect to your essential Self, Nature and the Earth

·  Practise alchemical living – acknowledge and meet with the mystery present in all life

·  Step out of time – create spaciousness from where to re imagine, deepen, co-create and expand your life

·  Contribute to the morphic field that will allow humanity to move from mind to heart centered living and unplug from some of the human ways that inhibit our ability to thrive· 

Develop greater muscles in the practices of a Care First impulse in all actions, including our relationship to and with money.

Through:

·         Exploring the many and rich variety of ways of making relationship with all elemental life

·         Create personal sanctuary

·         Establish contact and work with plant allies to support our deepening journeys

·         Co-creative gardening from soil to seed – preparing, sowing, tending, harvesting, working with and honoring the cycle

·         Neuro-imaginal rewiring – re-imagining your life

·         Regular calibrations and alignments through sound and vibration

·         Craft an alchemical vessel for your journey

·         Chop wood, carry water -‘mindfulness practice’

·         Create a gathering space -build a simple structure from natural materials.

We will meet one day a month during the cold season and several weekends during the summer months.

Venue: Mill Cottage / Oxfordshire. Our venue is 2 acres of mainly woodland- partly steep banks -  in a small hollow surrounding a clear chalkstream in rural southern Oxfordshire. As you step off the road onto the driveway, you step out of time...

Meals: We will co-create meals as a conscious act of gratitude and co-creation with Nature and Earth – honoring the gifts of the Earth. Please bring food contributions to share from local Sources you have a relationship with or have grown yourself.

Over night for the weekends:  We will all camp on the land: (Friday night and Saturday night) to build the energy and deepen the field. Please bring sleeping mats, sleeping bags and tents. If you have a need that makes camping hard for you, we can arrange an alternative solution. 

The 9 sessions build on each other and should be seen as a whole. There will be projects, practices and support in between sessions and peer support groups of participants. If you can’t make all the dates but would like to take part in the program, please get in touch and we can work something out.We will meet one day a month during the cold season and several weekends during the summer months.

Registration open until the 7th April.If you are unsure as to whether you are truly called, you can come to the first day with no commitment to help you with your decision.

Costs /energy exchange/flow

I would like to bring a different consciousness  to how we live, exchange, support and care with money in our western world based on the principles of Care First and the Blue Pot: (see also carefirstworld.com and yescarefirst.com)To this end I would like to introduce a more flexible and conscious way of how we exchange, support and care for each other, the land, the Earth, ourselves and the whole with finance and other means . Through this conscious care we are building community and support systems into the process and allowing finance and gifts to flow for the good of the whole. I would like everyone who feels the call to take part in this 9 month ‘building, deepening and birthing’ process to be able to do so, whilst also caring for my own needs and the needs of the land and property that will support us.

Suggested Contributions(I have found that guidelines are important for everyone to assist with clarity) 

Based on 5 single days and 4 weekends of £50 per day , £70 for a day that includes an evening session and overnight and £140 for a 2 day weekend  (Fri eve – Sun afternoon)

The cost for the whole program-£ 810 for 5 single days and 4 weekends.

This can be paid in 8 monthly installments of  £101 or a one off contribution of £750  if received upfront as a whole package. 

I would like to offer the possibility that a part of the energy exchange can be a non financial gift/ contribution , which I am open to work out with you in a way that feels good to both. However, in order that my own needs, and that of Mill Cottage ,are covered I need to ask that at least two thirds of your contribution is financial unless something else you are offering is as much needed and of benefit to the cottage and me.
